Submission of the detailed design of the Sidings access road, including its junction with Greatmoor Road, and the detailed design of the vehicle loading and manoeuvring areas within the Greatmoor Sidings development, pursuant to Conditions 14.1 and 14.2 of the High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) (Greatmoor Railway Sidings Etc) Order 2018 together with proposed amendments to the Orders approved plans in relation to the highway designs pursuant to Condition 13 High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) (Greatmoor Railway Sidings Etc) Order 2018.
