Application for approval of details subject to condition 5 (parking) and condition 7 (trees) of listed building consent 21/03676/ALB

T1. Scots Pine. Remove. The parish council wish to replace this tree with a new planting due to concerns around potential for windthrow.

Would like to fell conifer in back garden (labelled T1) as a result of it now leaning at approx. 60 degrees back toward the house such that if it were to fall naturally there could be damage to one or multiple of the main house building / fencing / neighbours property. A replacement conifer would be planted to the front of the house where there is an existing row of small conifers lining the property boundary with the footpath (replacement position labelled in sketch). Would like to also fell a crab apple tree in the front garden (labelled T2) due to proximity to main house building and to therefore open up the front garden space and reduce shading caused by the tree (approx 4 meters tall). A further replacement conifer or similar would be planted to the front of the house where there is an existing row of small conifers lining the property boundary with the footpath (replacement position labelled in sketch).

Lime Tree- fell because falling limbs are a danger and have already dented two cars this year. It has for the first time this year it exuded a sticky substance constantly and not as is usual, just when it is coming into flower. This has made a mess of the cars and attracted 5 wasp nests in the eves of the house. There is also a large hollow about 6metres up the main trunk which may not show on the photos. I am also concerned that if we had some very high winds and it blows down it would fall across the house. It is a lovely tree and it would be a shame to completely remove it, but I fear for our safety and the safety of others passing up the drive, for which I may be liable.

Plum tree with no reference because its the only tree - remove due to limited safe remaining life expectancy and replace with a Amelanchier Lamarckii (Snow Berry/June Berry) elsewhere in the garden.

Tree thinning works: 61 No. marked trees within golf course - Fell or section fell as necessary to ground level.

T1: Re pollard poplar tree. T2: Fell Lombardi poplar as it is shedding limbs in close proximity to buildings and footpath.

Sycamore tree to be felled as it is too close to a beech tree which has a TPO on it pushing the beech tree to the left. Said beech tree needs rebalancing as well.
