Repairs to lath and plaster walls and ceilings of first floor bedrooms. Opening up of master bedroom fireplace. Cleaning, preparation and oiling of exposed timbers of first floor. Cleaning, fine sanding and finishing of first floor elm floorboards. Reinstatement of blocked in stairwell window. Insertion of loft hatches (no. 2). Removal of cement-based plasters, plasterboard and match boarding from walls and ceiling of kitchen. Removal of concrete floor from kitchen. Repair and re-roofing of stone outhouse.
