Conversion of single dwelling house into two self contained flats

Tree species - Leylandii Number - x3 trees in a row, now massively overgrown having not been maintained for many years Description of works - cut down the trees to enable the house to have views over the surrounding countryside and provide more light into the garden. Tree species - Laurel Number - x1 now massively overgrown having not been maintained for many years. Description of works - cut down the tree. The neighbours in the flats complain that the tree overshadows their garden and flats and during windy weather they are disturbed by the noise of the branches on the building. The branches are detrimentally affecting the tiles on the roof of the building.
