T2095 - Ash with ADB, major limb lost over garden, inonotus brackets on main stem at 3m on NW side, woodpecker holes on central leader at 6m on E side. Garage and access road behind garden as target. Monolith at 3m. T2098 - Dead fir with tear out of top crown. Fell at ground level. T2100 - Pair of dead Elms below LV service line. Fell at ground level to prevent collapse into moat.

T1 - Lime, Overall crown reduction by 2.0 -2.5M Overhangs garage and Drive. T2 - Whitebeam, remove excessive shading to property. T3 - Beech, Remove excessive shading to property. T4 - Oak, Remove excessive shading to property. T5 - Crab apple, Remove excessive shading to property. T6 - Prunus, Remove excessive shading to property. T7 - Birch, Remove excessive shading to property. Group 1 - Cypress hedge, reduce in height by 1.0M

One of the lower limbs of the Prunus tree hanging over the garage split and had to be removed urgently to protect the garage . The tree surgeon who carried out the work reported that the whole tree trunk was rotten and advised that the tree should be felled to stump level to avoid potential future damage. T1 - Crown lift one mature chestnut tree to 6 metres and reduce lower branches by 3 metres to reduce away from the garage and the road (bin lorries are hitting it). T2 - Crown lift one cedar by 6 metres and reduce away from the house by 3 metres due to the tree posing a risk to the property and to a pole mounted electrical transformer that is on site, and excessive shading. T3 - Pollard/reduce to previous points and remove epicormic growth (the branches on the main stem) up to 3m

Sycamore (T1) - Arborist and tree surgeon, J Fox Tree Care has recommended both the current height (10 metres) and spread (8 metres) be each reduced by 2 metres. This is to bring back an over-grown tree to a reasonable size, and prevent damage to the adjacent garage and house rooves.

Maple:Crown lift to 4m, Crown thin 15%, remove single branch over garage and deadwood. Crown lift overhanging garden, hedge and driveway, lift to let in more light and larger vehicles to use drive. Crown thin to reduce crown density and remove lower branch towards garage back to stem.

Acacia and Sycomore as seen on plan cut back low branches over garage to give 2metres clearance to prevent roof damage (Map attached).
