Non-material amendment sought on planning permission ref 19/01949/APP for Conversion, extension and alteration to existing garage building to form a dwelling. Alterations to existing vehicular access and provision of parking and external amenity space (amendment relating to fenestration alterations to the south west elevation).

Variation of Condition 2 (Materials Approved Drawings) of planning permission 19/02763/APP External alterations to allow for the implementation of 18/03246/COUSR - Conversion of B8 Storage building into one dwelling under class P. Interior layout has changed which has had a slight impact on the position of external doors, windows and roof lights, also the materials for the roof and external cladding changed to a higher specification. The approved drawing nos. 04 & 05 have both been revised to 'E'
