Variation of Condition 17 relating to outline application 20/02546/AOP to alter the approved housing mix from 4 x 3 bed, 8 x 4 bed, 2 x 5 bed to 4 x 3 bed, 10 x 4 bed - Scale and Dwelling Mix schedule (received 04/02/2021) to be substituted for Proposed Housing Mix schedule (received 18/08/2021).

Variation of condition 2 (materials) on application 20/00266/APP - change proposed decra roof tiles to same as existing Condition Number(s): 2. The materials to be used in the development shall be as specified on the submitted application form. Conditions(s) Removal: The Decra roof tiles as specified on my drawing 2000-A38 are no longer available as the company website shows "permanently closed". Use the same tiles as the existing house and extension.
