2x Chestnuts Remove 2 branches to the East as shown on photos and crown lift remaining branches to clear shed and fence by 2m Trees, 061948 254 and 061950 254.2

TPO 1996 no 19 INT ID 5694 Silver birch T2, a very large, lovely and healthy tree Tree is now interfering with fence, shed and nearly the side extension to 11 Winterton Drive plus excessive shading to 11 Winterton Drive later in the day. It is encroaching significantly on this property. Application is for a crown reduction of ideally 2 to 3 metres to resolve the above and the ensure the continued health and amenity value of the tree.

T1 Apple General Prune - crown reduce height by 2.5m to create round shape. Remove any crossing branches. T2: Eucalyptus Remove low hanging branch back to source. Remove low branch over fence and remove one low limb over the garden. The remainder of the tree to be reduced by 5m shaping and balancing the crown. Tree has become very large and dominating in the garden. T3 Weeping Willow: Raise crown up to roof of shed. Side back from neighbouring property.

2x Sycamore T1 T2 Fell to ground. Applying for DD5 notice after email contact with Neil Pasmore Parks and Planning Tree Officer Trees are dangerous. They sit on the boundary of our property but overhang a public alley way and neighbouring gardens. The trunk of T1 recently split to the ground causing half the tree to fall and damage neighbours property. Luckily there was no injury caused. Remedial work was carried out by a tree surgeon the reomove the fallen part of the tree from the neighbours gardens. There was damage to their fences and sheds, One neighbour had been in his shed moments before the tree fell. The tree surgeon assessed that the trees were both dangerous abd should be removed (they will regrow so no replacement necessary).
