Variation of condition 2, development built in accordance with approved plans to allow: Vehicle access route to be relocated from beneath the building, infill undercroft space, remodelling of northern part of building and Internal layout of Full Planning Permission reference 22/1849 dated 7 December, 2022, for Full planning application for an extension to the existing data centre at the adjacent JVC House, alongside the re-configuration of the car parking layout, in association with its use as a data centre, subject to Deed of Agreement dated 6th December 2022 under Section 106 of Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

Alignment of the front recessed boundary fence with exiting fence to the south of the site; High net fence to be replaced with new similar finer net fence and the recessed height to be raised to align with the maximum height of the existing fence; Existing lamp posts on the path relocated 800mm to the lower court; New Part M compliant access ramps and landings from the new entrance of the club around an existing mature tree to the existing club house; Construction of new mini club house; Remodelling of existing seating area between courts and general refurbishment

Internal alterations to include new double leaf door opening between kitchen/dining room; removal of wall between utility area and dining room. Alterations to first floor level to include remodelling of the existing space siting between bedroom 1 and bedroom 3, to enable a walk-through dressing room, with open access to the ensuite on one side and bedroom 1 on the other. Right hand side alteration to bedroom 2 including creation of a new partition wall to the wall with bedroom 3, to create an ensuite. Restoration of original internal doors, new floor finishes throughout the house. External alterations to include replacement of Upvc windows and doors to the rear ground floor bays with timber to match original, with double glazed units
