Variation to include raising window sills, addition of window to front elevation, and changes to wording of Condition 4 to read 'Before the building hereby permitted is first occupied the proposed window(s) at first floor level, and dormer on the side elevation facing No. 45 Sunnyfield shall be glazed with obscure glass only to 1.7 metres above the floor of the room, above which can be clear glass and shall be permenantly retained as such thereafter and shall be permanetly fixed shut with only a fanlight opening.'
