Variation of condition 1 (Approved Plans), 4 (Temporary Tree Protection), 7 (Demolition & Construction Method Statement) of planning permission 17/0369/FUL dated 02/08/2017 for `Two-storey side extension to the Leo Baeck Wing. Refurbishment of existing synagogue with associated car parking, cycle and refuse storage and new boundary treatment.` Variation to including alterations to the wording of conditions 4 and 7. Retaining the sukkah garden area to the front of the Hall, keeping the building footprint roughly as existing. Rebuilding the whole Leo Baeck Hall, including the three storey section, as a two storey building that is more suitable from a structural, thermal and accessibility point of view.
