Conversion of garage to habitable space with new roof. External and internal alterations

External works to include the conversion of the existing garage into habitable use. Addition of one conservation rooflight in the separate rear roof slope. Addition of 2 sets of 4 light windows in the rear walls of the extended kitchen and the garage to the same proportion and to match existing fenestration and leaded lights. Enclosure of the pitched roof link between the main house and converted garage with matching glazed doors and sidelights. Addition of 2 wall mounted A/C condensers on the side elevation. Internal works to include removal of internal non-original walls separating the kitchen, toilet and utility room.
