Enclosure of the pitched roof link between the main house and converted garage with matching glazed doors and sidelights. Addition of 2 wall mounted A/C condensers on the side elevation. Internal works to include removal of internal non-original walls separating the kitchen, toilet and utility room. Form new opening between the entrance hall and breakfast room, using matching frame, architraves and door. Remove door and block up opening between inner hall and kitchen retaining existing frame and architrave. In converted garage erect internal partitions of skimmed plasterboard on insulated studwork to separate bedsitting room from Utility room and shower room, with new door openings and using matching frames, architraves and doors. Line external walls, the retained garage doors and underside of roof slopes of the converted garage with skimmed insulated plasterboard and floors with matching timber on stud with insulation batts fitted tightly between.
