1x Lime - Remove to ground level as lifting rear garden patio slabs from neighbouring garden and worries of subsidence. Also pushing up against fence and slight lean towards neighbouring property, recent storms have triggered concern. Cars also park underneath which get covered in bird droppings and leaf/sap from the tree.

1 x Hornbeam (applicants ref. T1) - Remove significant deadwood in the upper limbs on the north side. Inspect remaining limb as there is some evidence of bark peeling on the underside of this limb. 1 x Hornbeam (applicants ref. T2) - Reducing height by up to 50% back to good viable growth points where possible. As many of the cavities as possible should remain in situ for habitat. 1 x Hornbeam (applicants ref. T4) - Reduce or remove limb touching the fence line back to good viable points where possible. 1 x Hornbeam (applicants ref. T6) - Reduce the central stem to just above the cavity to allow for habitats and reduce remaining limbs by up to 3m back to good viable growth points to balance. 1 x Oak (applicants ref. T7) - Remove significant deadwood over footpath. 1 x Hornbeam (applicants ref. T9) - Remove significant Deadwood. From recent high winds the neighbouring house is afraid the tree will shed large limbs onto the property causing serious damage. Trim sides to shape.
