Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) and 4 (Obscure Glazing) of planning permission reference 23/0777/HSE dated 09/05/2023 for 'Part single, part two storey side and rear extension following demolition of the existing garage and shed. Roof extension involving side dormer window and 5 no. side and 1no. front and rear facing rooflight.' Variation to include raising window sills, addition of window to front elevation, and changes to wording of Condition 4 to read 'Before the building hereby permitted is first occupied the proposed window(s) at first floor level, and dormer on the side elevation facing No. 45 Sunnyfield shall be glazed with obscure glass only to 1.7 metres above the floor of the room, above which can be clear glass and shall be permenantly retained as such thereafter and shall be permanetly fixed shut with only a fanlight opening.' 1 x Magnolia (applicants ref. T1) - Reduce and trim by 1-2 M approx. 1 x Lilac, 1 Cotoneaster (applicants ref. G2) - Reduce back by 1-2 M approx to clear shed. 1 x Lawsonia Conifer (applicants ref. T3) - Fell and grind out stump.

Variation of condition 1 (Plan Numbers) of planning permission reference 21/5475/HSE dated 10/12/21 for 'Two storey rear and side extension to the existing building and replacement of existing roof to include 3no rear and 2no front dormer windows, 1no front and side facing rooflights. Erection of a detached garage, garden shed and associated landscaping.' Variation to include alterations to windows and doors with; Addition of French doors and a window at ground floor level and two windows at first floor level to the south elevation; Addition of a door at ground floor level to the north elevation; Replacement of two windows at first floor level with one larger window to the west elevation [Amended Description]

1 x Tamarix Tree - Remove. Barnet Council have confirmed the tree is not included in a Tree Preservation Order. Email attached in supporting documents. As you can see from the attached photographs and drawings, the canopy of this this non native tree covers almost the entire garden affording no natural light to reach the garden floor. Furthermore, this tree sheds leaves and blossom all year round which involves constant clear up. The trees lower branches are well below adult male head hight (6ft) proving at best an annoyance, at worst an injury hazard. Also as seen by photographs 3 and 4 the tree is leaning at over a 45 degree angle and there are concerns that it could fall, causing potential damage to property. Removal of this tree will enable us full use of the garden and allow us to plant species that encourage local wildlife. As a full time remote worker having usable outside space is vital for maintaining good mental health.

1 x Magnolia (applicants ref. T1) - Approximately 4.00m: Thin crown density by 20% by means of removing several whole branches emanating from the main stem. Reduce crown by approximately 1.25m. General maintenance. To increase light levels. 1 x Purple Plum (applicants ref. T2) - Approximately 8.00m: Fell to ground level. Fungal fruiting body noted 1.00m above ground level. Dead/dying tree. It would be prudent to remove the tree as soon as is reasonably practicable. 2 x Thuja (applicants ref. T3,T4) - Approximately 10.00m: Reduce by approximately 40% (4.00m). Too tall for the garden. Ivy clad. General maintenance. 1 x Willow (applicants ref. T5) - Approximately 10.00m: Thin crown density by up to 20%. Remove dead wood throughout crown. Remove low limb leaning on the shed. General maintenance. Control encroachment.
