T1) - Reduce height and spread by 1-2m, reducing back any overhanging branches encroaching towards neighbouring garden as pushing up against fence causing possible future damage. 1 x Leyland Cypress (applicants ref. T2) - Reduce height down by 1.5-2m to reduce sail and prevent risk from uprooting. From recent high winds the neighbouring house is afraid the tree will shed large limbs onto the property causing serious damage. Trim sides to shape.
