T2) - Approximately 9.00m. Trim back to previous reduction points approximately 0.50m (formal section only). The naturalised (non formal) branch structure growing towards the house should be reduced by up to 1.00m to control encroachment. 1 x Mature Apple (applicants ref. T3) - Approximately 7.00m. Thin crown density by 30%. Reduce crown by approximately 1.50m to shape and balance crown.

1 x Birch - Tree is rather overgrown and overhangs house as well excessively shading garden. Action -Thinning 20% with removal of overhanging branches above house. Its close proximity to the house caused damage to the roof in the recent storm and it is severely infected with Coryneum Canker. 1 x Irish Yew (applicants ref. Tree 10) - Reduce by 30% and trim to balance and shape. Due to its size and close proximity to the house, the tree caused damage to the roof, gutters and CCTV camera in the recent storm. There is also an increased risk of damp to the property.

1 x Laurel hedge (applicants ref. T1) - Reduce height and spread by 1-2m, reducing back any overhanging branches encroaching towards neighbouring garden as pushing up against fence causing possible future damage. 1 x Leyland Cypress (applicants ref. T2) - Reduce height down by 1.5-2m to reduce sail and prevent risk from uprooting. From recent high winds the neighbouring house is afraid the tree will shed large limbs onto the property causing serious damage. Trim sides to shape.
