The application is submitted pursuant to Condition 1.3(iv) and 2.1 in relation to Phase 4A of planning permission F/04687/13 (dated 23rd July 2014) for the comprehensive mixed use redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Area. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement of Compliance. Reserved Matters relate to land to the east of Brent South Shopping Park, and within the development site at Brent Terrace.
