Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to reserved matters approval for Plot 12 reference 17/6662/RMA dated 28/02/2018, (as amended by 20/0362/NMA Dated 7 February 2020, 20/1174/NMA, dated 4 September 2020 and 20/5694/NMA dated 1 April 2021) pursuant to Section 73 planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Scheme. Amendments are sought to Condition 1 (approved drawings) to rationalise the internal layout and undertake elevational changes, including changes to: the configuration of retail units along the High Street South; the location and design of entrance doors; a reduction in size of the Housing Office; the rearrangement of refuse and cycle stores, risers and vents; amendments to the configuration of residential amenity spaces; the removal of entrance porches on the south elevation of Plot 12 South; fenestration changes; the addition of a railing to the roof of Plot 12 South; alterations of the basement car parking Layout resulting in an increase in car parking spaces from 357 to 361 spaces across the combined basement; amendments to basement plant, tank and pump rooms; Changes include floor space amendments.
