Demolition and replacement of existing 1970's elements in south-east corner house with two storey rear extension; new hard and soft landscaping; New enclosed ground floor link to connect wings; Construction of new garden outbuilding and glasshouse; Addition of solar panels (2 arrays). Internal works to include; Restoration of the interior fabric of the house including walls, ceilings, floor finishes, cornices, skirtings, doors, picture rails, and staircases; Removal of all fixed furniture and equipment; Alterations to interior layouts including installation of new bathrooms, cloakrooms, utility, pantry and kitchen;Replacement of existing mechanical and electrical installation
