In addition the deletion of Condition 14 (Vehicular Access and Egress to Plot 12) and Condition 8 (Car Parking in the Vicinity of Plot 12), the alteration of Condition 7 (Landscaping details), Condition 9 (Residential Parking Management), and Condition 10 (Visitor and Loading Bays) to incorporate updated drawing numbers and the addition of Condition 19 and Informative 8 to require the submission of details of nursery fence and landscaping of the outdoor nursery space are also sought.
