1 x Oak Tree (applicants ref. T2) - Reduce back to boundary by 2-3m. Standing in Group G41 of Tree Preservation Order. 1 x Oak Tree (applicants ref. T3) - Reduce back to boundary by 2-3m. Standing in Group G41 of Tree Preservation Order. Group of Yew Trees (applicants ref. TG4) - Cut back to boundary by 2m. Standing in Group G41 of Tree Preservation Order. 1 x Oak Tree (applicants ref. T9) - Reduce back to boundary by 2-3m. Standing in Group G42 of Tree Preservation Order.

1 x Ash(applicants ref. T1) - Approximately 9.00m: Thin crown density by approximately 20%. Remove dead wood. Reduce extraneous overlong branches by up to 1.50m back into main crown structure. General maintenance. 2 x Ash (applicants ref. T2,T3) - Approximately 9.00-10.00m: Fell both trees to ground level and treat with systemic herbicide. These trees are growing on the boundary with the neighbouring property and are very close to the garden shed. To control encroachment. 3 x Ash saplings (applicants ref. T4,T5,T6) - Approximately 5.00m: Fell to ground level and treat with systemic herbicide. 1 x Magnolia (applicants ref. T7) - Fell to ground level and remove root ball. This tree has suffered crown dieback.

2 x Birch - Cut back to boundary line. Standing in T9 and T12 of Tree Preservation Order. There are 2 trees which are very overgrown and need cutting back. One of the trees is at the front of the property to the right of the property (if standing facing 83 Station Road) and in close proximity to the border of our neighbour at 85 Station Road. The other tree is at the back of the garden and once again its very tall and hanging over the neighbour's garden (85 Station Road). These trees are particularly causing issues when they blossom with the debris being blown into the neighbours garden and I've had numerous complaints from the neighbour pleading with me to cut back the trees. 5 x Ash Trees - Cut by 2.00 lateral and vertical overgrowth to clear boundary, no height reduction or thinning. Standing in Area A3 of Tree Preservation Order.

Oak (applicants ref. T1) - Reduce branches overhanging the garden of 5 Amberden Avenue by 2m, leaving a natural canopy outline. Final cuts not to exceed 70mm. The tree overhangs 11m into a 19m garden and completely dominates the garden. The tree is very one sided, with 80% of the canopy over the boundary line. Pruning will allow the garden to be used to it's full extent and let more light into the garden. The tree has never been maintained on the garden side. Standing in Group G2 of Tree Preservation Order.

1 x Pittosporum (applicants ref. T1) - Approximately 5.00m. Thin crown density throughout by approximately 20%. Reduce re-growth since last prune back into main crown structure approximately 1.00m. Remove dead wood. General maintenance. 1 x Acer (applicants ref. T2) - Approximately 3.50m. Thin crown density by approximately 20%. Reduce crown by approximately 1.00m. Remove dead wood. General maintenance. 1 x Cherry (applicants ref. T3) - Approximately 5.00m. Thin crown density by approximately 20%. Reduce 2 x lateral limbs growing towards and over boundary hedge by approximately 1.00-1.50m. Reduce any remaining extraneous overlong branches back into main crown structure up to 1.00m to shape. Remove dead wood. General maintenance. 1 x Chinese Privet (applicants ref. T4) - Approximately 5.00m. Reduce up to 1.20m. Remove stems overhanging planting bed. To control encroachment. 1 x Birch (applicants ref. T5) - Approximately 7.00m. Thin crown density by 20%. Tip prune to reduce by approximately 1.25. Remove dead wood. Raise crown by 0.5-1.00m. To clear telephone lines/general maintenance. 1 x Pittosporum (applicants ref. T6) - Approximately 2.250m. Fell to ground level and grind stump to approximately 300mm below current ground level. Poor quality and low amenity value. 1 x Pittosporum (applicants ref. T7) - In hedge line: Trim as hard back as practicable whilst preserving leaf cover up to 30cm. General maintenance.

It is covered in ivy with dead wood hanging over 66 Barnet Gate Lane. Long lateral branch overhanging 66 Barnet Gate Lane will be pruned back to the site boundary with 64 Barnet Gate Lane.
