Demolition of existing conservatory, to be replaced with the erection of a single storey pitched roof extension to form part of an open plan with a proposed depth of 4.73 metres, a maximum height of 3.8 metres and an eaves height of 2.85 internal configuration. Removal of existing external decking, to be replaced with a proposed patio space. The proposal also includes provision for an external side access door off a utility space.
