Demolition of and reconstruction of side garage. Removal of front bay windows and construction of front porch. Construction of rear extension. Raise roof, construct front and rear dormer windows and remove chimneys.

To establish whether removing the front dormer and replacing with a velux, the addition of a new window on flank, construction of the porch in line with front elevation, and the alteration of access gates and front wall can be considered as a non-material amendments to granted consent 19/00344/FULL.
