Erection of detached chalet and garage - plans exactly as originally submitted on November 2nd 1990, including new access as detailed on the plan, and for which, consent was granted on January 4th 1991, for revised plans as received by Basildon Council Planning Department on 19 December 1990, under reference BAS/1308/90. Extant permission was renewed every five years up to August 2010 when permission was renewed for a further five years to 2015. Permission is also sought (for the duration of the development works only) for a 2.44 metre high "Security and Safety Hoarding" enclosure, (with gated access), along the Church Road frontage of the plot, and returning back along the boundaries of adjacent properties "September Cottage" (continuing past that property's "Guest Annexe" and terminating at that property's "Existing Garage"), and "The Squirrels" (terminating at that property's front elevation building line). Permission is also sought (for the duration of the development works only) for a "Mobile Home" and for two materials storage containers sited within the "Security and Safety Hoarding" enclosure, all as per the "Site Establishment" scaled drawing dated April 29th 2022
