Alterations to existing warehouse building to raise the height of the roof and material change to elevations of both the warehouse and office. Construction of a new single storey side extension to the warehouse which includes the demolition of the existing store and creation of new parking spaces.

Change of use of first and second floors from ancillary offices to ancillary cafe, kitchen and staff room and offices (for the ground floor shop). First floor glazed extension to provide seating area for the cafe, new extraction flue to the roof, new second floor access platform and alterations to existing fire exit staircase to the rear.

Installation of roof lights, new windows, new shopfront, and associated internal alterations plus confirmation of change of use of the council offices in 'The Coach House' and 'The Loft' to Class E(e) to become part of the existing dental practice in 'The Stable'.
