To establish the lawfulness of a proposed single storey rear extension with roof windows

Conversion of existing garage with new pitched roof, replacement front entrance door, canopy and post, insertion of new/replacement windows and doors on side and rear elevations

Demolish side garage and erect car port, erect front porch canopy roof structure, undertake window and door alterations and apply Fibrous Cement board cladding to exterior walls, in association with the property's conversion to a house

Remove existing rear balcony and erect two storey front extension with a single storey entrance canopy, raise and extend hipped roof to gable ends, additional fenestration, loft conversion with 2no. rear bonnet dormers and a velux balcony skylight. Infill extension linking to house comprising of 2no front and 2no rear velux windows.

To establish whether the following amendments in relation to Plot 1, being the increase in proposed front and rear dormer height to increase the headroom in the bedrooms and bathroom, increase in proposed front central gable roof projection height to increase headroom within the bathroom, inclusion of larger obscured glazed roof windows at the rear of bedroom 4 and the master bedroom to improve natural light, the addition of obscured glazed roof windows to the rear of bedrooms 2 and 4 to improve natural light and a correction to the proposed site plan to show correct position of the front of the garage, can be considered as non-material amendments to granted consent 22/01624/FULL.

Raise the ridge, construct two bonnet dormers to front roof slope. Demolition of existing garage, with the erection of a new rear and side ground floor extension, with front porch, and a first floor extension with Juliette balcony (Amendments of a new ground floor window, first floor obscured glazed window in en-suite and sky light.)
