Replacement of one first floor window

Retrospective application to install secondary double glazing to selected room windows

Removal of existing spiral staircase and replaced with a traditional staircase. Create new external timber door and removal of existing water tank cupboard on first floor.

Proposed replacement of the existing flat entrance doors / assemblies, to all floors of the building, and the door / fixed sidelight & fanlight at each end of the communal corridors, to all 14 floors of the building.

Replace rotten windows and general timber repairs, decoration

Like-for-like repair of existing structure following vehicle impact, comprising reinstatement of the front elevation including the timber framed window, feather-edge boarding and Rain water goods. Minor internal repairs including reinstatement of damaged flooring as well as the repair of internal partitions - see submitted Schedule of Works.

Proposed alterations to elevations for new signage

Restraint of existing West wing flank wall. Remove existing 1st floor joists & replace with sheathing to form diaphragm. Fix 1st floor plate into external timber framed wall. Install new timber beam support to 1st floor, west elevation: Reinstate support to 1st floor joists where bearing has been lost. Helibar crack stitching to external chimney breast, west elevation. Specialist inspection of Oak roof carcass & replacement of any excessively decayed members.

Demolition of existing extension and erection of replacement extension comprising a part single and part two storey extension to the rear and single extension to the side, re-roofing and internal alterations

Removal and replacement of 3no antennas and other associated ancillary works thereto.
