Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of consent reference 19/01480/FULL by substituting with revised drawings to increase the ridge heights of the approved dwellings on plots 1 & 2 by 250mm, and amend the design of the front and rear dormers

Application for the temporary amendment to Condition 15 (construction working hours) of consent reference 16/00898/OUT, with regards to West Phase to allow construction activities to be carried out for a longer period. Construction hours modified to between the hours of: 07:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday for general works; 08:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday for more noisy works such as concrete breaking, pile driving and angle grinding; 08:00 to 18:00 on Saturdays; and no works that are audible at the site boundary on Sundays and Bank Holidays until 30th September 2021.
