Demolition of the existing food store (Use Class E); erection of a new food store (Use Class E) together with associated home delivery pod, rear service yard and plant equipment; reconfiguration and resurfacing of the existing car park to provide vehicle and cycle spaces; improvement works to pedestrian accesses; and structured landscaping improvements including replacement tree planting.

Retrospective application for retention of boundary walls.

To establish whether changing cladding and window boards to render on the external facade can be consided as an non-material amendments to granted consent 15/01028/FULL.

1. In an area of 150m2, face back all vegetation and trees away from the instruments and antenna by 1.5m using polesaws from ground level. 2. In the same area, sever and remove all ivy from instruments where it is safe to do so. 3. TPO/12/74 Section fell 2 no. of hawthorn trees to 50mm from ground level using chainsaws from ground level.

Proposed replacement of the existing flat entrance doors / assemblies, to all floors of the building, and the door / fixed sidelight & fanlight at each end of the communal corridors, to all 14 floors of the building.

The proposal is to establish the lawfulness of a proposed change of use to a mother and baby assessment unit.
