As the trees will only grow taller and become more of an increased problem down the line. This works will increase the longevity of the trees in the current landscape. No trees are being removed.

Trees are located in the rear gardens of both number 3 and number 5 North Street. T1 Small apple tree - fell to enable new landscaping scheme. T2 Walnut tree - fell. Large split from ground to bifurcation as shown in photo. Tree currently held together with a large bolt. T3 Apple tree - fell. A number of small cavities are present on the main stem and extensive deadwood in crown. Fell to facilitate landscaping including replacement plantings of pleached Hornbeam or Beech on left boundary, 1 no Gleditsia and 2 fruit trees. T4 Bay tree - fell to enable rebuilding of the damaged wall.
