T1. Fell and grind out stump of first conifer within hedge row due to poor form T2. Cut back to boundary line one silver birch over garage/shed - this will involve a maximum laterall reduction of 0.5m to maintain historic trim line

T1 Damson: Fell to ground level. G2 Cypress: Reduce largest tree to 4.5m in height and neighbouring trees to match. Lift crown from shed and trim lateral spread. G3 Holly: Reduce largest tree to 4m in height and remaining 2 to 3m in height. T4 Ash: Boundary with 17 Cromwell Road, reduce to height of dead stems (approx 8-9m) and reduce remaining crown to balance. Remove dead stems to live growth points.

Cut off overhanging branches along right boundary of property. (approved work In front of drive remove two lowest limbs growing towards guttering. Rear garden remove longest low limb over shed and re-coppice Cherry).
