Variation of conditions 1 and 3 of 18/00327/HSE to include construction of a rear dormer, addition of a tiled crown roof to rear extension, painting of existing brickwork in white and installation of cladding to gable ends of existing dwelling (retrospective)

T1 Oak - Side back lateral branches on the northern side to give a minimum clearance of 3 meters from dwelling, pruning to suitable growth points.

Bay (T1) - Remove. Concerns over proximity to dwelling and future issues. Replant with a suitable tree species. Yew (T2) - Crown Reduce. Carry out a 1 to 1.5 meter tip reduction on entire crown, concentrating on a 2 to 3 meter lateral spread reduction on the southern side, to maintain a more natural shape and balance to the tree.

Demolition of three dwellings, outbuildings and related structures and proposed construction of commercial and industrial units (use class B8) with ancillary offices (use class E(g)(i)), associated infrastructure works (including parking and landscaping), and full details of site levels, access, drainage, tree retention and diversion of underground pipeline

At the front of the dwelling there is American oak to be removed - it is diseased and some self seeded small scrub fruit trees that are impacting the wall. In the parking area there is a tree that needs to be rounded and cut back in part. In the rear garden there is an semi variagated maple that is too large for the garden and presents a risk to occupants and the dwelling - to be removed.

T1 & T2 Lime: Re-pollard back to previous pollard points. Reduce limb growing towards dwelling, at approx. 10m, to leave a crown radius of no less than 2m. T3 Lime: Re-pollard back to previous pollard points. Reduce limb growing towards 12 Foyle Park, at approx. 12m, to leave a crown radius of no less than 3m. Reasons: none stated. Assume it is for ongoing maintenance of the pollards.

1. Elder tree in back garden: Fell. 2. Yew tree in front garden: Prune branches as necessary to give 1m clearance from the dwelling.

T1 Ash: prune to give no more than 2.0m clearance from the fabric of the dwelling and detached garage. Remove rubbing and crossing branches, and deadwood as necessary.

Horse Chestnut: prune to leave a finished height of approximately 12 metres and a radius of approximately 3 to 4 metres. Crown lift low branches to no higher than 5m above ground level. Prune to give no more than 2m clearance from the fabric of the neighbouring dwelling. Remove deadwood as necessary.
