Erection of two storey side and single storey rear extensions, replacement windows and doors, new external render and associated internal and external works. Replacement of existing asphalt driveway with new hard surface, and replacement of existing front wall with wooden picket fence.

To extend by 3 to 5 meters the area of Laurel hedge cut under planning permission T/00454/22/TCA To cut the Laurel hedge and all overhanging branches to the boundary fence to free the existing fruit tree. The current Laurel hedge has grown to about 7 meters high and extends into the garden and into the fruit tree. It causes a large area of shading in the garden and is starting to take root where branches are touching the ground.
