Large sycamore tree right in front of the house next to fence bordering Elmsdown. The tree has outgrown its location despite previous pollarding and now needs felling. The tree encroaches on neighbours property and blocks all light to both houses when in full leaf. We intend to landscape the front garden and will replace with more suitable decorative trees.

Trees are located in the rear gardens of both number 3 and number 5 North Street. T1 Small apple tree - fell to enable new landscaping scheme. T2 Walnut tree - fell. Large split from ground to bifurcation as shown in photo. Tree currently held together with a large bolt. T3 Apple tree - fell. A number of small cavities are present on the main stem and extensive deadwood in crown. Fell to facilitate landscaping including replacement plantings of pleached Hornbeam or Beech on left boundary, 1 no Gleditsia and 2 fruit trees. T4 Bay tree - fell to enable rebuilding of the damaged wall.

T1 - copper beech - Crown reduce by c 3m leaving tree 12 m in height with 6m diameter T2 - Birch tree - Reduce height by 5m leaving tree 12m in height T3 - Hawthorn - Fell These trees T1 and T2 have outgrown the position within narrow garden, Excessive shading to garden and neighbours gardens, lower crown obstructing parking bays. Proposed pruning will relieve these issues whilst maintaining 2 substantial trees within the local landscape. T3 is in decline and unlikely to thrive.

G1 - x2 Cupressus Elwood I - Fell as extensive dieback and beginning to obstruct route too front of house T2 - Thuja - Fell as shading both gardens a species that as it grows will be inappropriate for clients gardens landscaping scheme talking up too much space and light.
