Construction of a flat roof single garage, including 2m high close board fence at front boundary

- Fell one eucalyptus tree in front garden, growing at a dangerous angle and signs of basil decay. - Crown lift and cut back to boundary four ash trees on east side of house, these are currently overhanging the boundary fence and to reduce the chance of squirrels getting onto roof and subsequently causing damage in loft space. - On roadside crown lift group of hazel and maple to 5.5 metres which are encroaching on the lane and to trim back away from electricity cables. - On roadside remove one limb from one ash tree which is over hanging garage.

Variation of condition no. 1 of 17/00352/FUL to allow the enlargement of 1 no. window on the east elevation for escape purposes and the alteration of the configuration of 1 no. window to the east elevation (both plots). Reduction in height of plot 1 (by reducing finished floor level from 95.5 to 95.165), reduction in height of plot 2 (by reducing finished floor level from 95.00 to 94.79). Reduction in length of garage (both plots) to 5.8 metres. Change of roof materials to the flat roof element (both plots) to EDM single-ply rubber roof classic bond and the main roofs (to both plots) to concrete Marley Modern flat tiles colour slate grey. Addition of trellis to existing rear boundary fence (to both plots) to increase the height from 2 metres to 2.5 metres in height. (Retrospective)

Erection of single storey rear extension with flat roof with skypod/lantern, and external alterations. Remove fence to replace with wall. Alterations to move garage side access door and move to rear
