T1 Beech - Crown reduce by 2m leaving tree 8m high with crown radius of 4m - to reduce shading and take branches of sheds and fences. V small garden overshadowed by tree. T2 Ash - Fell as self seeded speciman growing through hedgeline

T1. Yew tree- Lift to 3-3.5m from ground level. low canopy, to allow clearance from ground level T2. Chestnut- Cut back overhanging branchs over sleeper edge G3. Group of yews- lift yews to 1m above fence, lateral reduction on front face by 0.5m and 1.5m over shed

Reduce overhang and height of trees overhanging fence and shed and those blocking sunlight. (approved work The area behind the property has been put down to receive a fence line clearance as it was not possible to inspect the individual trees due the area being so dense, please get in back in contact once the fence line clearance has been carried out).

4 large Conifer trees labelled 1-4 on the sketch plan. The plan is to remove them down to ground level . They are blocking significant amounts of light and are disrupting the driveway of Andway Cottage, two nearby fences and the shed of 3 Paynes Meadow. They appear to be the only conifer trees on 3 Paynes Meadow and Andway Cottage properties; other trees nearby on Pyotts Hill all appear to be deciduous so they seem out of place in comparison. See conifer tree photos document. 1 Hazel tree (tree 5) & 4 Beech trees - labelled 6-9 on the sketch plan. The plan is to remove them down to ground level. They are very close to the house, less than a meter, and are blocking significant amounts of light and overhanging the roof of Andway Cottage contributing to moss growth on the roof and blocked gutters.
