Cut back branches of 3 trees overhaning boundary fence (Approved work We will crown lift the lime tree to 6m height, and remove the tree next to the factory unit/over the drive)

Fell 1 tree along boundary fence.

Reduce height of trees so they are level with fencing. Approval is for the listed items only: 1. Ash tree at the rear of the garages is to receive a reduction away from the property, this is to stop this tree from being a legal nuisance. 2. Cut back the extreme amount of vegetation that is overhanging the resident path at the rear of the property, this is also nearly touching the property. This is to be pruned back to fence line. 3. Willow is to be reduced by 2 metres to alleviate the stresses in the main union, this work will reduce the risk of failure significantly.

Prune back branches overhanging property boundary (Approved works: The works that have been approved for this site are to stop a legal nuisance, the works will comprise of re-coppicing all the hazel in the area that is causing these issues, these hazels are located from behind both blocks of garages down to the side gate of the address. The hazels are interfering with fence lines, garages and the property).

Fell smaller trees and cut back overhang from larger trees. (approved works:- fence line clearance around the property. 1 cherry tree that is to be pruned away from the property).

Prune back branches overhanging fence. Approved works: Remove the trees nearer property, although the Lime tree further away will not be pruned.

Prune back 4 large trees overhanging rear boundary fence.

Reduce overhang and height of trees overhanging fence and shed and those blocking sunlight. (approved work The area behind the property has been put down to receive a fence line clearance as it was not possible to inspect the individual trees due the area being so dense, please get in back in contact once the fence line clearance has been carried out).

Fell trees east/south within 3m of fence. Reduce other trees east/south to approx 3m above ground level. Prune apple trees. (approved works Reduce back from building, and coppice the hazel down the side of the fence line, a number of other hazels at the end of the woodland are to be coppiced to get the coppicing of hazel in this area into a maintenance regime).

Cut back 2 trees overhanging garden. Approved work Fence line clearance agreed, also to trim the hedge down the side.
