Demolition of outbuildings and part of existing former hotel. Erection of new residential apartments consisting of 12 no. 2 bed apartments, remodelling of existing former hotel building to create a restaurant at ground floor level and 4 no. 1 bed apartments to first and second floors with associated external works.

Remodelling of existing 18-hole golf course, involving associated landscape works and regrading, erection of new driving range, introduction of water features and irrigation ponds, demolition of existing clubhouse and ancillary buildings, erection of new clubhouse and erection of new ancillary outbuildings, construction of a new vehicular access, new parking areas and repositioned internal access roads
