Re-thatching of the barn roof

Extensive repair of arch and lodges, including repair of stonework and rainwater goods. Replacement of modern roof coverings to lodges

Erection of pitched roof dormer to front elevation.

Removal of existing porch. Alterations to existing orangery including replacing existing roof with a flat roof and erection of single-storey extension to east elevation. Alterations to existing garden wall to be partially integrated into new extension. Creation of second floor habitable space within existing attic and formation of staircase. Erection of 3 no. dormer windows. Internal alterations.

Demolition of existing south entrance porch, changes to fenestrations, and erection of new porch with access ramp in revised position. Alterations to existing conservatory and replacement of glass roof with tiled roof. Various internal and external alterations.

Alterations to external fabric of the building, including thatching and chimney. Proposed internal alterations to house, addition of roof-lights to rear elevation and alterations to rear and side elevation, erection of a shed and installation of an air source heat pump to front of dwelling.

Listed building consent for replacement of conservatory roof. Removal of existing gutter and replacement with new. Addition of additional downpipe. Installation of secondary glazing internally to 7 windows on the ground floor.

Addition of a single metal purlin bearing bracket to the exposed timber roof structure in the room called "The Barn".

Attic storey alterations including infill of the roof valleys. New enlarged dormers and installation of a rooflight and solar panels to the flat roof
