Bay (T1) - Remove. Concerns over proximity to dwelling and future issues. Replant with a suitable tree species. Yew (T2) - Crown Reduce. Carry out a 1 to 1.5 meter tip reduction on entire crown, concentrating on a 2 to 3 meter lateral spread reduction on the southern side, to maintain a more natural shape and balance to the tree.

At the front of the dwelling there is American oak to be removed - it is diseased and some self seeded small scrub fruit trees that are impacting the wall. In the parking area there is a tree that needs to be rounded and cut back in part. In the rear garden there is an semi variagated maple that is too large for the garden and presents a risk to occupants and the dwelling - to be removed.

1. Elder tree in back garden: Fell. 2. Yew tree in front garden: Prune branches as necessary to give 1m clearance from the dwelling.

Horse Chestnut: prune to leave a finished height of approximately 12 metres and a radius of approximately 3 to 4 metres. Crown lift low branches to no higher than 5m above ground level. Prune to give no more than 2m clearance from the fabric of the neighbouring dwelling. Remove deadwood as necessary.

Ash trees T1 & T2: prune encroachment to give no more than 1m clearance from the fabric of the dwelling at 11 Churchill Close.
