The cherry tree sits in the South West corner of the property, just inside our fence line. It lies between the beginning of our drive / parking area inside our fence and the boundary along Stoke Road. The diameter of the tree trunk is 150 mm (15cms) at 1.5m high and the tree is circa 24 feet from its highest point to the ground. I wish to remove the tree as it is not flowering in its current location and is overcrowding the boundary flower bed. The Tree is possibly part diseased and only 1/3 of the tree produces any leaves. The Tree is a Cherry Tree.

The three trees in question are numbered here in accordance with the attached plan. They have been identified by professionals as needing urgent attention and the recommendations are as follows: Tree 1 is a Whitebeam tree (Sorbus aria) which is rotting out at the base due to age and consequently dying and in need of felling and replacing with a native tree. Tree 2 is a Mulberry Tree (Morus nigra) for which we have been recommended a canopy reduction to half it's height, approximately 10 to 15 meters. It is in decline behind a close-board fence with concrete inset post installed prior to our purchase of the property. Tree 3 is an Ash tree (Fraxinus excelsior) with Ash Die Back Disease. It is in need of felling and replacement with a native tree.

T1 Beech - Crown reduce by 2m leaving tree 8m high with crown radius of 4m - to reduce shading and take branches of sheds and fences. V small garden overshadowed by tree. T2 Ash - Fell as self seeded speciman growing through hedgeline

T1. Yew tree- Lift to 3-3.5m from ground level. low canopy, to allow clearance from ground level T2. Chestnut- Cut back overhanging branchs over sleeper edge G3. Group of yews- lift yews to 1m above fence, lateral reduction on front face by 0.5m and 1.5m over shed

Large sycamore tree right in front of the house next to fence bordering Elmsdown. The tree has outgrown its location despite previous pollarding and now needs felling. The tree encroaches on neighbours property and blocks all light to both houses when in full leaf. We intend to landscape the front garden and will replace with more suitable decorative trees.

I have 5 Leylandii trees at the front of my property we would like to have permission to remove reasons being: 1... We have had previous subsidence on our property , from a neighbouring Leylandii in 2004, 3.5 metres away from our property. The tree was removed and subsidence resolved. 2... The 5 trees we would like to remove are now causing the following issues for us. (a) There are a number of large roots growing across the top of the ground and just under the ground very close to our property. They have lifted our patio area just outside our front door. Which we have now just replaced. We are very worried these trees are going to cause further subsidence to our property. The trees are very large and so close to our house. The closest tree being just 3.5 meters away from the house, with a circumference of 2.8 meters. The estimate height of the trees being taller than a two storey house. (b) ..The trees are cutting out the neighbour's and our light. (c)...The trees are restricting and damaging larger vehicles travelling down the lane. (d)...It is becoming more difficult for us to get house insurance to cover subsidence due to the location of the trees. 3...Once the trees are removed, we would like to put up a 6ft tall closeboard Fence for security and in keeping with what the neighbours in the lane already have. We would then plant a hedge in front of the fence by the lane side for greenery for wildlife. tree 1. Trees T1, T2 and T3 - Willows to be coppiced (Trees 1 has decay at base of stem, tree 2 is multi stemmed stemmed which has previously had a stem fail. There is significant decay at the stem base. Tree 3 would be a one sided tree exposed to prevailing winds from which it was previously sheltered). Tree T4 - Hornbeam. The southern side of the crown to be pruned by 1m - 1.5m back to the line of the temporary fence retaining the shape and habit of the spp. Group G5 - Mixed hedge - remove dead and dying trees and crown lift individuals to 2m to allow gap planting. (Dense Bramble growth is to be removed).
