T1 - Silver Birch - reduce the top crown in height by 2.5m, stem diameter no greater than 35mm; 2nd eastern, over extended lateral back to source (35mm stem diameter); 2nd northern over extended lateral overhanging the neighbouring roof to reduce by 2m back to fork. Side canopy to blend in by reducing by circa 1m; crown lift skirt secondary and tertiary foliage by 2m. T2 - Silver Birch to reduce in height by 2.5m and blend in the canopy so that T1 and T2 are as one tree. T3 - Prunus to reduce and shape by 20%. Cuts no greater than 25mm-30mm. T4 - Himalayan Silver Bitch to reduce by 20%. Crown lift 3m. Cuts no greater than 25mm-30mm. T5 - Silver Birch - Fell. to dismantle to lowest level. Signs of decline, soil erosion around the bank exposing the roots; if tree to fail could cause damage to the property, tree nearing later stage of life span age. Group T1: Small dead elms, fell T2: Hazel, (shown in photo 1), we would reduce by approximately 2.5 - 3m to bring back in line with the kerb. All branches pruned will be cut to suitable growth points. T3: Large dead tree, approx. 12 metres tall (difficult to identify a species), fell T4: Ash (fraxinus excelsior), to reduce the branches extending over the roof of Elizabeth house by approximately 3m. This will help mitigate the chance of large branch failure, as these branches are on a co-dominant stem of the ash tree, that is leaning in the direction of the building. T5: Windblown dead hawthorn, fell Group T6: Approximately 8 Oaks (quercus robur) and 1 sweet chestnut (castenea sativa). All roughly 18-22m tall. These trees are all over hanging the roof, and in many cases multiple branches are touching the roof of Elizabeth House. We would like to reduce these branches laterally by 2.5-3m, and in doing so create a 3 metre clearance of the roof. We would also remove deadwood over the roof of the building. T7: Declining, ivy clad hawthorn. Situated on the steep bank behind Elizabeth House, this tree is leaning towards the building and is in a state of decline, with around 20% leaf coverage of the canopy. It is tall for a hawthorn at approximately 8m in height, with a 2m spread. We would like to fell this tree to mitigate the potential hazard. T8: Oak (quercus robur), approximately 19 metres in height. To remove hazardous deadwood and also to reduce the lowest 2 branches by 2m. These branches are a little over-extended, protrude significantly from the canopy line of the tree, and are over the busiest area of the business premises, with the bin area, and frequent activity beneath them. I feel the reduction is justified considering the frequency of targets below. N.B I would have included more photos in the application, but all of the photos I have taken of the trees, apart from the one of the hazel, are over the 10 megabyte limit

T1 - PAULOWNIA Tree is almost completely dead. Fell. Replacement paulownia has been planted elsewhere in garden Ts2 - ELMs. Dead. Fell. A number of small elm trees along the boundary hedgerow with neighbouring property ?Partridges?. Other trees will grow to replace dead trees from within the hedgerow T3 - SYCAMORE. Remove lower branch. Single long branch extends out over wall and roof of stables. Remove in order to protect structures just below it.

I have 5 Leylandii trees at the front of my property we would like to have permission to remove reasons being: 1... We have had previous subsidence on our property , from a neighbouring Leylandii in 2004, 3.5 metres away from our property. The tree was removed and subsidence resolved. 2... The 5 trees we would like to remove are now causing the following issues for us. (a) There are a number of large roots growing across the top of the ground and just under the ground very close to our property. They have lifted our patio area just outside our front door. Which we have now just replaced. We are very worried these trees are going to cause further subsidence to our property. The trees are very large and so close to our house. The closest tree being just 3.5 meters away from the house, with a circumference of 2.8 meters. The estimate height of the trees being taller than a two storey house. (b) ..The trees are cutting out the neighbour's and our light. (c)...The trees are restricting and damaging larger vehicles travelling down the lane. (d)...It is becoming more difficult for us to get house insurance to cover subsidence due to the location of the trees. 3...Once the trees are removed, we would like to put up a 6ft tall closeboard Fence for security and in keeping with what the neighbours in the lane already have. We would then plant a hedge in front of the fence by the lane side for greenery for wildlife. tree 1. T1 Oak: fell (replacement planting proposed). T2 Walnut: crown reduce limbs overhanging the bungalow roof by 6m. Reduce the northerly limb over the house to the forks 2m from the trunk and reduce the west facing limbs back to the fork 5m from the trunk.

T1 Ash crown lift two lowest branches to a height of 18ft back to growing points. T2 Wych Elm, crown lift two lowest branches to a height of 18ft to growing point on boundary. Reasons for above works - Driveway overgrown, rectory roof is being replaced and access is needed for lorries to remove and bring materials to site.

Prune Horse chestnut back to suitable growth points in accordance with marked up photograph to give approximately 2m clearance from pavilion roof.

T7 (holly): Reduce height of holly tree by approximately 2m and trim remainder into rounded shape as part of routine maintenance to reduce overhang over the roof of the outbuilding In addition we also wish to trim hedges at the property, and sever the ivy at the base of the trees worked on.
