Large Sycamore: lift low canopy overhanging rear garden of neighbouring property to approx 5m and lift over roof to give an approx 2m cleararnce pruning back to suitable growth points. Secondary branches only up to approx 10cm dia. No large limbs to be removed.

Rear Garden - As recommended by arborist (Cedardale) - Reduce taller group of Leyland Cypress in top left corner of garden to approximately apex of roof. This will allow light to the rear garden. Reduce and reshape to previous reduction points retaining smaller growth at reduction points for shape one suppressed Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) within the group of Leyland Cypress - work discussed and agreed with neighbours (2 Burtons Gardens) as it will improve light to their garden too

4 large Conifer trees labelled 1-4 on the sketch plan. The plan is to remove them down to ground level . They are blocking significant amounts of light and are disrupting the driveway of Andway Cottage, two nearby fences and the shed of 3 Paynes Meadow. They appear to be the only conifer trees on 3 Paynes Meadow and Andway Cottage properties; other trees nearby on Pyotts Hill all appear to be deciduous so they seem out of place in comparison. See conifer tree photos document. 1 Hazel tree (tree 5) & 4 Beech trees - labelled 6-9 on the sketch plan. The plan is to remove them down to ground level. They are very close to the house, less than a meter, and are blocking significant amounts of light and overhanging the roof of Andway Cottage contributing to moss growth on the roof and blocked gutters. Remove the x3 ash limbs touching and damaging the roof by 4m away from the building /roof.

T1 Ash - Fell as Self seeded growing between boundary wall and building scratching windowed, roof and brickwork of number 3 and neighbouring property 6 Winchester Street. Starting to grow into wall, likely to push wall over with time.

G1 - Cut back Ivy and vegetation growing g alone boundary wall from neighbouring property. Strim weeds in front of wall adjacent to private property (exempt). T1 - Crown lift lime tree overhanging g neighbours drive to 4m about e wall and balance tree. T2 - Yew tree behind main building, prune back 1.5m from roof and crown lift to 3.5m to remove low branches

T1 Silver birch: Lift low branches from one Silver Birch to rear corner of house to give 1.5 m clearance from roof. T2 Copper beech: Lift branches from one Copper Beach to give 1.5m clearance from house roof.

T1. Ash- Provide 1.5m clearence from coach house roof by shortening/removal of one low limb see photos.

Willow T1 & T2. Pollard to approximately 3 metres to avoid damage to roof, avoid root upheaval and ease ongoing maintenance.

Lift the canopy of the Ash over the roof of the Cottage and the greenhouse. The removal of sub-branches will be above the chimney area on the roof and again over the greenhouse to give a 2m clearance in both instances.
