T1 Beech - Crown reduce by 2m leaving tree 8m high with crown radius of 4m - to reduce shading and take branches of sheds and fences. V small garden overshadowed by tree. T2 Ash - Fell as self seeded speciman growing through hedgeline

T1. Yew tree- Lift to 3-3.5m from ground level. low canopy, to allow clearance from ground level T2. Chestnut- Cut back overhanging branchs over sleeper edge G3. Group of yews- lift yews to 1m above fence, lateral reduction on front face by 0.5m and 1.5m over shed

T2 Lilac - pollard down to 2m height as lapsed pollard and potential to fail T3 Yew - tip reduce branches away from building to create 3m clearance to prevent damage to structure and relieve shade. G4 Neighbours Sycamore x2 - tip reduce overhanging branches by c3m to open up space and light to rear of property T5 Neighbours Sycamore - Crown lift lowest limb overhanging greenhouse and tip reduce remaining overhang by c3m to open up space and light to rear of building and prevent potential of damage to greenhouse. T8 Holly - Crown lift to 3.5m to take branches away from shed and open up space that can be utilised in that corner of the garden.

Proposed work to be carried out on a 2 Sycamore Trees (number 1 and 2 on sketch plan) 1. crown reduction by 3/3.5metres. currently 12metres wide and 20metres tall, with a finishing width of 8.5/9metres and a finishing height of 16.5/17metres 2. crown Reduction by 2/3metres, currently 9metres wide and 18metres tall, with a finishing width of 6/7metres and a finishing height of 15/16metres Both trees have grown out towards property for the light being on the edge of a woodland, making these trees unbalanced. Also there are many over extended branches that are at risk of potential failure that over hang property's garden shed

Ash (T1) - fell to ground level as signs of ash dieback and it has already shed limbs over carpark.

4 large Conifer trees labelled 1-4 on the sketch plan. The plan is to remove them down to ground level . They are blocking significant amounts of light and are disrupting the driveway of Andway Cottage, two nearby fences and the shed of 3 Paynes Meadow. They appear to be the only conifer trees on 3 Paynes Meadow and Andway Cottage properties; other trees nearby on Pyotts Hill all appear to be deciduous so they seem out of place in comparison. See conifer tree photos document. 1 Hazel tree (tree 5) & 4 Beech trees - labelled 6-9 on the sketch plan. The plan is to remove them down to ground level. They are very close to the house, less than a meter, and are blocking significant amounts of light and overhanging the roof of Andway Cottage contributing to moss growth on the roof and blocked gutters. Rowan (T1) crown reduction by 2m all round leaving an approx finished height of 6m and crown spread (radius) of 4m to rebalance distorted growth. Holly (T2) crown reduction by 1m leaving approx finished height of 6m and crown spread of 3m and crown thinning of 10% Holly (T3) - Crown reduction by approx 1m leaving approx height of 4m and spread of 2.5m. Crown thinning to rebalance by 10% Hawthorn (T4) - Lift canopy over front of shed to about 8ft Birch (T5) - crown thinning by 15% and crown reduction by 2m to give clearance from overhead service line leaving approx height of 8m

1a). Fell to approximately ground level one declining Juniper. 2). Shorten back one limb over garden from one Flowering Cherry pruning to approximately 2 m from main trunk to suitable live secondary growth. 3). Fell to approximately ground level one declining Ivy covered Hawthorn by side of house and shed 4a). Fell to approximately ground level two dead Ivy-covered stumps and adjacent Laurel.

T1. Fell and grind out stump of first conifer within hedge row due to poor form T2. Cut back to boundary line one silver birch over garage/shed - this will involve a maximum laterall reduction of 0.5m to maintain historic trim line

T1 Damson: Fell to ground level. G2 Cypress: Reduce largest tree to 4.5m in height and neighbouring trees to match. Lift crown from shed and trim lateral spread. G3 Holly: Reduce largest tree to 4m in height and remaining 2 to 3m in height. T4 Ash: Boundary with 17 Cromwell Road, reduce to height of dead stems (approx 8-9m) and reduce remaining crown to balance. Remove dead stems to live growth points.
