Demolition of all buildings and structures within the site boundary

G1 - Removal of all vegetation, majority of which is Laurel and Box, grinding of stumps and the subsequent grading of topsoil and grinding arisings. G2 - Mulching of vegetation using a green climber LV800 and subsequent grading of the bank into the lower level. T1 - Thuja (group of approx 3) - remove to ground level and stump grind. T2 - Yew - remove to ground level and stump grind. T3 - Yew reduce back away from building to give no more than a 2m clearance. T4 - Cypress - remove to ground level and stump grind. T5 - Holly - in the end of the Yew hedge - remove to ground level and stump grind. T6 - Purple Beech - crown lift to 3m and reduce back from building to give no more than a 2m clearance. G3 - Overgrown hedge line consisting of mostly Laurel overhanging the highway. Also includes storm damaged/ dead trees - Removal of dead/dying and dangerous trees, cutting back of Laurel along the highway to maintain width and height clearance for vehicles and to create a maintained boundary. General tidying of understory. Width of hedge will reduce by 1m due to clearance from highway. Overall height will not change. G4 - Group of Cypress - remove to ground level and stump grind. G5 - Hazel - re-coppice. H1 - reduce hedge line to lowest existing point. H2 - Yew hedge reduce to previous and trim back to maintain. G6 - Laurel - remove and stump grind. Additional understory areas to clear with green climber (LV800) - (expansion of G2 to clear all understory on the southern boundary up to the existing hedgeline and the low level scrub around the pool house. G7 - to tidy shrubbery/vegetation around adjacent cottage and clear driveway. G8 - remove line of ornamental trees adjacent to tennis court and grind stumps. H3 - newly planted Laurel to level top and lightly trim side

The Ash tree is located to the north east corner of my plot. I would like to reduce the height to 1m below the power cable giving a finished height of approx 5m. The tree currently overhangs my neighbours (3 Devonshire Cottages) garage and drive by approx 2.5m The tree currently overhangs the highway by approx 3m I would like to cut both of these overhangs back to my boundary line and reshape the crown to the south and east. Plum tree adjacent to the Ash. Reduce the height to match that of the Ash tree when cut. Large Pissin Plum to south of plot Request a 50% reduction to height and spread. Tree works as per schedule.

The cherry tree sits in the South West corner of the property, just inside our fence line. It lies between the beginning of our drive / parking area inside our fence and the boundary along Stoke Road. The diameter of the tree trunk is 150 mm (15cms) at 1.5m high and the tree is circa 24 feet from its highest point to the ground. I wish to remove the tree as it is not flowering in its current location and is overcrowding the boundary flower bed. The Tree is possibly part diseased and only 1/3 of the tree produces any leaves. The Tree is a Cherry Tree.

Cut back branches of 3 trees overhaning boundary fence (Approved work We will crown lift the lime tree to 6m height, and remove the tree next to the factory unit/over the drive)

G1- Shelter belt of mixed species - Tip reduce all branches overhanging boundary of property by c.2 to 3m back to boundary to remove branches from fabric of buildings, prevent debris falling in pool (from those trees immediately overhanging pool and give increased light to garden and property. Site is private so no impact on aesthetic of local environment . Most of the trees re of an age and species that this proposed pruning will not be their long term detriment.

One Laburnum Tree located in front garden adjacent to the western boundary, approx 17 metres from the front of the house. Proposal ro remove the tree as it has been gradually dying over a period of years. Please see attached pictures. Diseased branches have been removed in recent years to see if the tree could recover but the remaining branches continue to deteriorate.

Prune back Sycamores and Field maples to neighbouring property boundary (2 Jobson Close)

(T1) Beech - Reduce to hedge height and back to boundary. (T2) Conifer - Reduce to hedge height.

1 Oak: cut back overhang branch to property boundary
