1 Horse chestnut (diseased): Fell.

Hampshire County Council (HCC) have identified an Ash tree with large dead branches overhanging Blaegrove Lane which constitutes a highway hazard. Please see the location plan with the location of the tree marked with an X, also HCC's letter to Mrs Parsons with a picture on Page 3 of that letter showing the location. The tree is on the boundary of the field adjacent to Old School House. Both the field and Old School House are owned by Mrs Pamela Parsons. Permission is sought for the removal of the dead branches overhanging Blaegrove Lane and any other part of the tree which is identified as unsafe by the company engaged to do the work. The tree is due to be inspected on Saturday 2nd December by Chris Brennan of Brennan Landscpapes.

1 Beech tree on our land and bordering the pond is, n see photos, dangerously oversized and out of proportion with all other trees. The height will be reduced from 19 to 14 metres - 25% reduction. The radius will be reduced from 9 metres to 6 metres, just over 25% reduction.

Line of trees T1 to T7 on rear property boundary, medium mature trees crowded out inhibiting lower growth and broader tree health. Owner and neighbour would like to remove T 2, T4 and T6 in order to promote more balanced growth and shape of T1, T3, T5 and T7. Grind out stumps and extend lawn Yew T11 next to house is growing into the property and telephone lines. Owner wishes to subtly take back the tree by 2m on the house side whilst retaining shape and height, smaller branches only max cut 75mm Should permission to remove T2, T4 and T6 not be granted the owner would like to reduce the height of T2, T3, T4, T5 and T6 by 5m and remove main leaders. This has been requested by our customer as well as the owner of rear property that this line of trees borders to the rear.

Tree 1 and 2 Sycamore: prune branches encroaching property to give a 3 to 4m clearance.

T1 Oak: fell (replacement planting proposed). T2 Walnut: crown reduce limbs overhanging the bungalow roof by 6m. Reduce the northerly limb over the house to the forks 2m from the trunk and reduce the west facing limbs back to the fork 5m from the trunk.

Reduction of lapsed hedge to a remaining height of 5 feet. The hedge is a mixture of holly and elder sycamore.
