The tree by the garage will be removed and the one by the drive will have the lower branches pruned.

Walnut (T1) - reduce branches overhanging neighbours garage and shared boundary, reduce branches growing into adjacent Thuja, reduce crown by approx 1 to 1.5m and remove dead wood from canopy. Horse Chestnut (T2) - prune back branches / canopy/ thin crown overhanging the footpath neighbours hedge / garden (Whites Cottage) to provide more light - by approx 1m Maple (T3) - prune and tidy up / reduce crown by approx 1m

- Fell one eucalyptus tree in front garden, growing at a dangerous angle and signs of basil decay. - Crown lift and cut back to boundary four ash trees on east side of house, these are currently overhanging the boundary fence and to reduce the chance of squirrels getting onto roof and subsequently causing damage in loft space. - On roadside crown lift group of hazel and maple to 5.5 metres which are encroaching on the lane and to trim back away from electricity cables. - On roadside remove one limb from one ash tree which is over hanging garage.

Back Garden 2 mature Yew trees (trees A and B on the sketch) to the right of garage -crown raise canopy up to 4m to allow better lawn growth and less shading -deadwood canopy's throughout -thin out canopys by 20% throughout -hedge trim some of the front side of Yew tree B over walled garden

Cherry (T1) - fell due to proximity to garage and overall size dominating garden. Yew (T2) - fell to allow adjacent yew more space. Replant x1 weeping birch in same area.

Oak (T1) - Remove lower limb over property back to main stem (Limb split close to main stem). Oak (T2) - Reduce crown by approximately 3/4m (overhanging property). Oak (T3) - Crown lift lowest branch & tip reduction of approximately 3m to remaining overhanging branches over building. Oak (T4) - Tip reduction to lateral branches over garage roof by approximately 3m.

T1 Leylandii: reduce top by 1.8m to approx height of peak on roof of garage. Trim back sides not expose browning of the tree.

T1 Ash: prune to give no more than 2.0m clearance from the fabric of the dwelling and detached garage. Remove rubbing and crossing branches, and deadwood as necessary.

Holly T1 - Cut branches away from garage only up to height of 3m so as to take branches away from fabric of building Yew T2 - Crown lift to 3m to give clearance from garage roof. Birch T3 - Fell dead stem as leaning and crumbling over access road.
