One and two storey side extension, flat to pitched roof over existing rear extension, alteration to garage flat roof and loft conversion with rear facing dormer.

Single storey rear extension, internal alterations, replacement windows and modifications to front porch.

Construction of new office building (Use Class E(g)(i)) and other associated works including the demolition of existing buildings, creation of car, cycle and motorcycle parking, erection of a bin store, installation of air source heat pumps and solar panels to roof, vehicular access alterations, together with the creation of hard and soft landscaping.

Alteration to shop front comprising insertion of 2 new doors, retention and alteration to ground floor retail unit, conversion and change of use of retail unit on first and second floors to form 3 new dwellings and associated external alterations. Removal of external stairwell and redundant air-conditioning units and creation of rear-facing external terrace at first floor.
