Construction of new office building (Use Class E(g)(i)) and other associated works including the demolition of existing buildings, creation of car, cycle and motorcycle parking, erection of a bin store, installation of air source heat pumps and solar panels to roof, vehicular access alterations, together with the creation of hard and soft landscaping.

Construction of a three-storey teaching block, a sports hall and play and sports provision to facilitate an additional six forms of entry (6FE) school expansion, the erection of an external canopy to existing courtyard and internal alterations to existing school buildings; with all associated car and cycle parking, hard and soft landscaping and associated infrastructure works, including temporary construction access.
